Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the TABLPAY platform, accessible via tablpay.ch and tablpay.fr. TABLPAY is a SaaS solution for QR code-based ordering and payment for restaurants and service businesses.

2. Services offered

TABLPAY offers the following services:

• Digital menu accessible via QR code
• Online ordering system
• Secure payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT)
• Bill splitting
• Tip management
• Loyalty program
• Customer review collection
• Real-time management dashboard

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss francs) or EUR depending on the country. Available plans are:

• Starter : CHF 99/month
• Pro : CHF 199/month
• Enterprise : custom pricing

A free one-month trial is offered. No per-transaction fees are charged. Payment is monthly or annual (2 months free).

4. Liability

TABLPAY commits to providing an available and secure service. However, TABLPAY cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or updates. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified provider.

5. Termination

The client may cancel their subscription at any time without commitment (monthly plan). For annual commitments, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Restaurant data will be kept for 30 days after cancellation.

6. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
